Another Nuclear Attack

This is a great example of how to do a
LOT of WRONG things in a negotiation.

Rosie starts with the condescending, interruptive, repetitive question, “Did Iraq attack us, Elizabeth?” Even after Elizabeth said no, Rosie escalates the discussion into an argument by pounding the desk and yelling at Elizabeth, “Iraq didn’t attack us!!” Rosie then plays the victim of media frenzies which she usually creates. Rosie asks Elizabeth for her opinion then won’t let Elizabeth answer the question, she even accuses Elizabeth of double-speak before she has a chance to comment. Rosie continues to play victim by claiming that Elizabeth had treated her like a six-year old and Trump had previously attacked her for stating facts about him (even though they were incorrect facts) . O’Donnell even calls Elizabeth “cowardly” which is the equivalent to drawing a line in the sand between their relationship.

Elizabeth certainly carries her weight and makes great analogies in her argument. But she lets Rosie constantly reframe the argument then play victim; and I’m not sure Rosie ever answered her own question!

As a side note, I hope the rest of the world doesn’t think Rosie stands for all liberals.

While I have a lot of liberal views (and yes, I do have conservative ones, too), Rosie has overstepped her bounds too much, and I’m tired of hearing her paranoia and ill-supported ideas.

  • Life’s Prayer

In this battle that goes on through life, I ask for a field that is fair. With a chance that is equal to all in the strife, and the courage to do and to dare. If I should win, let it be by the code, with my faith and my honor held high. If I should lose, let me stand by the road, and cheer as the winners go by.
